Seaside is a Long Island deli in the classic tradition: a long counter, a full case of meats and cheeses, fresh rolls every morning, and a crew that knows how you like your hero. We make breakfast sandwiches for the early crowd, lunch for the whole neighborhood, and catering trays for every party in between.
How it started
Raised on corner-deli heroes and egg sandwiches.
Some of our best memories happened at a deli counter: a bacon, egg and cheese on the way to the beach, a hero split between friends after practice, a six-foot sub at every family party. Seaside started with a simple goal: build that kind of deli again. Meats roasted in-house, salads made from scratch each morning, and prices that keep it an everyday stop.

Our team starts before sunrise, roasting turkey, mixing salads, and stocking the case before the doors open. By the time the morning rush arrives, the grill is hot and the coffee is on. Want extra pickles, a different roll, or something that isn’t on the board? If we have it, we’ll make it.

Most of our regulars are in and out in a few minutes, and that’s the point. But there’s always a seat by the window if you’d rather slow down. In the summer, grab your order and head for the sand. We’ll pack it with plenty of napkins.
